Planning it Out
I don’t know what I would do without my planner. I’ve used all kinds of planners, even digital, but my favorites are the Recollections planner and the Happy Planner. I always seem to go back to them. If I didn’t plan out my days and weeks, I’d never be able to keep up and things would fall through the cracks, like important appointments. My Journey so Far
Before After I wanted to post about my journey so that you can get to know me a bit better. I don’t even know where to begin. If this post gets long, please bear with me. My struggle with my weight started at 17. You might think that, like most teenagers, I ate what I wanted when I wanted and eff the calories, but that wasn’t the case. I grew up on a farm so we always had fresh fruit and veggies. My problems began because I had cysts on my ovaries and the gyno thought it would be best to put me on the depo shot. At the time…
